FAQs

How is payment handled?
Payment methods are powered by WooPayments. This includes Credit/Debit card transactions, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are there other payment options?
Bank Transfer, Venmo and PayPal are other options.
There is a checkout option to pay by bank transfer which you may prefer. This saves me credit card fees which would be nice. If you select this option you will be emailed with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others. Venmo is also an option for payment. 
Purchasing with more than one payment
If you would like to purchase an original painting over $500 you are welcome to purchase it in smaller payments. A 50% deposit is payable to hold your painting. The balance can be paid the following month or in two monthly payments of 25% each. Please Contact me if you are interested in arranging this.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within five working days. Within the United States, please allow seven working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, if you live near coastal New Hampshire. This option should come up as a choice when you checkout.
Is shipping included?

Yes, most artwork has an estimated shipping cost included at checkout based on the size of the work and your location.

Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import fees and taxes according to the destination country’s laws. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
What if I'm not happy with my artwork when it arrives?
If you’re questioning the quality of your purchase, I can send a close-up video of the art you’re interested in, front and back, that may help confirm or alter your decision to buy it. I want you to be happy with your new artwork.
If you want to return the original art once received, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my artwork arrives damaged.
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work damaged in transit, please get in touch with me within seven days with a photograph.
